The Home Maître D' was built from years on the floor of one of London Mayfair's most iconic dining rooms, watching what separates a good evening from one guests carry with them for years. The light was low and deliberate before the first guest arrived. The coat was taken before it was offered. The drink was in hand before the seat was found.
